For years, we shared their stories, hoping someone, somewhere, would choose them.

These weren’t the puppies everyone wanted. They were the senior dogs, the ones who spent the best years of their lives behind kennel doors, watching hundreds of other dogs find homes while they continued to wait.

Some have spent more than 10 years in the shelter.

The Call

Because of this amazing community, families in Canada and abroad have opened their hearts. After more than a decade of waiting, these dogs finally have loving homes waiting for them.

Now there’s just one final hurdle. They need help getting there.

Flights, veterinary paperwork, travel crates, vaccinations, and transportation all come at a cost. Before they can curl up on a soft bed or fall asleep in the comfort of a real home, we must get them safely to the families who have already chosen them.
