Beta has 10 paid employees who live on site at the shelter and care for the welfare of all our animals day and night.
The operations, administration, fundraising and communications of the organization are run by a dedicated team of volunteers including Beta’s founding members.

Our board spans the globe and are instrumental in the strategic management of the organization. Meeting annually, these dedicated individuals use their skills and expertise to ensure that we continue to adhere to the highest of standards that we demand of ourselves and in accordance with the demands of the United States and United Kingdom’s respective Charity Commissions whilst we develop and grow.
