Panam was rescued from downtown Beirut! She had some wounds on her body and shows proofs that she was used for breeding and gave birth not long ago. But she is very friendly with people and dogs. She welcomes volunteers at the shelter with a wagging tail and big hugs. Loves car rides! DOB: 4/4/2015
