Meet Minnie, Minnie holds her name from the little Disney mouse figure found on her snout.
After clearly being hit by a speeding motorcycle, Minnie dragged her tiny body to safety, she cried and waited patiently for days until someone stopped and finally heard her. (👉🏻Swipe to see video)
Minnie was in excruciating pain when we finally located her, she would scream at the softest touch… we rushed her to the vet where she underwent a series of tests and x-rays.
X-ray showed that Minnie was suffering from a bilateral tibial fracture and as if that wasn’t enough she was also suffering from a femur fracture.
Minnie underwent emergency surgery to correct all her fractures… her road will be long and painful as her tiny body wasn’t ready to sustain such a blow.
Minnie underwent two different surgeries to correct all her fractures, she spent the past month at the animal clinic getting her treatments, her meds, physical therapy and most importantly all the love she needed to get her through this hard chapter…
Her tiny body turned out to be stronger than we thought, she has now fully recovered and is back to being the sweet playful pup she deserved to be !
Minnie is sweet and loving, she enjoys company in whatever form it may come, a stuffed animal, a dog, a cat, even at one point a bed…she befriended another in patient you may all well know, but her favorite all time company? A living breathing human being…
Minnie didn’t let her rough start at life define her, she is one heck of a smart puppy!
Her time at the animal clinic not only healed her but also taught her everyday commands!
