Kelpie was rescued after being found with an embedded collar !
Abandoned as a puppy with her baby collar still wrapped around her neck, it’s slowly but surely started cutting through her skin and tearing her flesh open day after day.
At barely 1.5 months she has already known abuse and neglect !
Assumed to have been bought as a present her high maintenance a very typical part of owning a husky puppy grew too much for her previous owners..
She was left alone roaming the streets fending for herself as if it wasn’t hard enough for her to survive she was also left physically suffering!
She is a sweetheart full of love and energy to share.
She’s sweet, friendly, and even though she’s a bit of an alpha, she’s good with other dogs. DOB: 6/6/2022
