Dundee was dragged for miles and miles at a time by a speeding car.
Many saw it happen many did nothing !
It only takes one kind human being to speak up, and thankfully one did !
He reported Dundee to us while in the process of trying to stop the horrific act.
The speeding car finally came to a halt and Dundee was let go on the side of the road.
Dundee was barely alive, it took whatever strength he had left to find refuge in the bushed.
He was exhausted from the constant beating and scrapping his body had just endured…
He was severely hurt.
The kind human knew he had to focus on getting Dundee the help he needs if he was going to make it.
A couple of hours away from the capital, with no equipped vet in sight Dundee was stabilized as best they knew how and was then rushed to one of our trusted clinics.
He suffered horrifically at the hands of a criminal and yet greeted his rescuers and then his doctors with nothing but love and gratitude.
Dundee has a long way to go, he has been put on pain killers, his wounds will have to be flushed and cleaned daily, in a week’s time his burnt rubbed skin will start to peel and multiple skin flaps surgeries will be required…
He’s healing slowly but surely! He’s dog and cat friendly.
