Crush was left to die by his owners, his own supposed guardians.
Crush was reported to us by a worried neighbor, he had seen him for weeks being neglected and every time he tried to reason with the previous owners he was dismissed and asked to mind his own business…
Unable to keep him out of his head, we were contacted to take action. Finally the owners agreed to surrender him given his terrible and obvious medical condition.
Crush was bought as a puppy to serve his purpose as a hunting dog, which his breed is sadly well known for.
Crush did not do well on the front, he didn’t perform well and didn’t meet his owner’s expectations. As a result he was dismissed and left to perish…
A dog is not a tool, they aren’t programmed in advance, and without proper training a pointer’s natural capabilities wouldn’t come through, no matter the pedigree !
Crush was rushed to the vet, he is extremely emaciated, barely able to stand, he has been receiving IV treatments and iron transfusions to deal with his anemia as a result.
Crush was just a hunting dog, so he had no use for him! In reality, Crush is an amazing, very sweet, and friendly dog, great with other dogs, loves to cuddle with people! ! DOB: 25/08/2022
