Cosmic, the dog, is a living testament to the incredible strength of spirit and the unbreakable will to survive, even in the face of unimaginable cruelty.

This sweet and gentle soul was subjected to severe abuse that no living being should ever endure, she was shot point-blank in the face.

Her face bore the marks of violence, and yet, her heart remained pure and unyielding.

Against all odds, she defied the brutality that had been inflicted upon her!!

Her journey to recovery was not easy. Her wounds have been surgically cleaned and were being carefully treated by a team of dedicated professionals who are working around the clock to ensure she received the care she needed.

Despite the pain she’s experienced, Cosmic’s spirit remains unbroken, even though she is now blind and is learning to live with disability.

She still wags her tail, a small but powerful symbol of the hope and love that remains within her.

It’s a reminder that even in the darkest moments, when all seems lost, there is always room for light to break through. She is such sweet, friendly girl and good with other dogs. DOB: 4/4/2022
