Winnie was dumped by owner and tied to a tree. A neighbor contacted us. She had some mammal tumors that we removed. She’s a sweet but can be unpredictable and bite , but she will not attack, only if you try to make her do something she doesn’t want to! . She’s good with other dogs and cats. DOB: 18/6/2012
