About SIENNA
Sienna was rescued along her three barely 2 months old still nursing pups after she was reported in a horrific state.
Sienne was viciously attacked by another street dog as she tried to protect her little ones. She was bitten, over and over again, she did nothing but endure it until it was finally over!
Her body is full of bite marks, so deep that many were severely infected and filled with flesh eating worms.
She lost so much blood as a result that she was diagnosed to be medically anemic!
What we cannot seem to figure out is how her paw came to be in this state! All her fingers were crushed leaving her with a horrifically swollen paw. Was she pinned down during her attack? Was her leg caught in something or was it simply run over by a car?
Sienna had surgery to clean and close off all her wounds! She has been put on strong antibiotics and anti inflammatory meds to control her infections.
Sadly her paw injury is irreparable the damage is just too extensive…
She’s doing so much better, she’s very sweet, maternal and full of love! She deserves the best home! She get along very well with other dogs. DOB: 08/08/2021
