Monroe was rescued from Downtown Beirut . She looked like she was recently dumped. She was in good shape except she has an old front leg fracture , so it’s a bit deformed but it doesn’t bother her , and she knows her way around a house. She’s friendly, good with other dogs. DOB: 3/3/2017
