Lucy’s owner didn’t want her anymore because she ate the children’s food , so she gave her to her father-in-law . The father-in-law (a s…face) chained her in the garden for a long time until he was bored with her. At one point he didn’t want her so he let her starve and wanted her to die. She was rescued by a Good Samaritan. She is the sweetest, friendliest dog! She’s very dog friendly. DOB: 9/8/2014
