Lowie was rescued from Dehwaneh . He was left behind by his Syrian family, locked inside their apartment, when they left the country . We were contacted by the police to take him in after they broke into the house. He’s cautious with people he doesn’t know at first, so better no children. He’s good with other dogs. DOB: 6/6/2018
