Isa was rescued from the Metn Highway where she was dumped with her 9 puppies who were around 5 days old. She had a rope around her neck. She was found shivering in the rain, skin and bones, with one missing limb! Her hind leg has been viciously amputated somehow, leaving her to fend for herself on the streets, along with her 9 babies.
She’s a sweet, mellow dog. Friendly , maternal and good with other dogs. DOB: 5/5/2019
