Etta was rescued after she had been abandoned in a well known forest in the Broumana region of Lebanon.
Etta was reported as being severely emaciated and suffering from two big lumps to her neck !
Etta was probably let go once hunting season came to an end..
We rushed her to one of our trusted vets which showed that the lumps in her neck were abscesses that needed to be drained immediately, one of them had burst, all that came out was endless amount of puss.
Etta is honestly one of the sweetest animals we have at the shelter, she didn’t fuss or even move when the doctor was working on her, she knew the help she needed had finally arrived !
She was very skinny. She’s very sweet, gentle, calm. Good with other dogs. DOB: 15/3/2023
