Belle was rescued when she was 1.5 month old. She was tied in in a garbage bag. she manage to find herself in middle of the street, in the bag. Thankfully, a BETA volunteer notice the garbage bag moving in the middle of the street before she was ran over by a car. She is sweet and friendly and much more settled since she got to the shelter. She loves people and she gets along with dogs.
