About VARGAS
Vargas is a remarkable dog who has already faced more challenges in his life than anyone should have to endure.
He was found in a heart-wrenching state. His eye had suffered severe damage, and we initially feared the worst—that he had been shot.
However, after a thorough examination and X-rays, we uncovered the painful truth: Vargas had been attacked by other dogs in a violent and unprovoked manner.
The injuries he sustained were devastating.
Despite the trauma he has endured, Vargas has shown an incredible amount of strength. His spirit remains unbroken, and he continues to be an affectionate, loving companion.
His gentle nature and hopeful heart are a testament to his unwavering will to live and love, even after such cruelty.
Vargas’ recovery has been slow, but with the right care, he has been healing.
The good news is that we saved his eye. He’s friendly, sweet and calm. Good with other dogs. DOB: 17/2/2020
