About DENA

Dena was found on the side of the streets, agonizing and was rushed to the nearest animal hospital. After the initial check-up and Xrays, it was then revealed that she had actually been hit by a vehicle in full force…She was diagnosed with multiple fractures in different limbs, a broken pelvis and to top it all off severe anemia from all the blood loss !Her front fractures thankfully do not need to be operated on, however she will need plats and screws to amend her back leg fracture. As for her pelvis we are still waiting on a final verdict concerning surgery.Dena is a very sweet pup, her only mistake? Being at the wrong place at the wrong time! She was very scared. She went through a lot and now, she’s a happy dog, friendly and very good with other dogs. DOB: 9/9/2023
